Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the integration of Finance and Cross Functions systems, supporting the objectives of the Ellipse programme.
• Lead initiatives across Risk and Finance, focusing on Models, Data, Reporting, and the strategic alignment of new services.
• Collaborate with global business partners to understand requirements and develop cohesive IT solutions.
• Advocate for architectural principles, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards and policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience engaging with diverse stakeholders, including business analysts, product owners, and technical teams.
• Ability to articulate complex architectural solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies within large-scale environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic settings.
• Exceptional collaboration skills, with a history of achieving outcomes in matrixed organizations.
