Command Center Engineer (L1 GCC Onshore) – B2B | Hybrid | Warsaw

We are looking for a Command Center Engineer to join our multinational cleints team in Warsaw. You will be responsible for 24/7 system monitoring, incident management, and technical escalations to ensure smooth IT operations with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor IT infrastructure using tools like BBPM, SolarWinds, Splunk, and Prometheus.
• Detect and respond to system issues, ensuring fast incident resolution.
• Escalate critical issues to the right teams and assist in root cause analysis (RCA).
• Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and SLA compliance.
• Maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and a knowledge base.
• Support network, cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and database teams.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and assist in incident investigations.

Requirements

• B-Tech degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, ITIL practices, and incident management.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
