Job Title: C++ Developer (Hybrid, B2B)

Location: Warsaw (3 days/week onsite)

Industry: Financial and Payment Sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, code, test, and debug complex software solutions or enhance existing systems.
• Design and code advanced applications using modern technologies.
• Address customer complaints with software and implement suggestions for improvement.
• Assess and recommend optimal technical solutions for complex projects.
• Innovate to improve application performance and stability.
• Ensure high-quality coding standards and robust implementation of solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in C++ (version 14 and above).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to trace and respond to unexpected events.
• Deep expertise in functional programming, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and system architecture.

Desirable Skills:

• Solid background in creating or enhancing microservices.
• Knowledge of cloud systems.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration, including working with geographically distributed teams.
