We are seeking Senior C++ Developers to join our multinational client dynamic team. In this role, you will work on advanced, complex software solutions and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and improving pplications that are critical to the business. This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Poland.

C++ Developer – Senior (Remote, Poland)

Location: Remote (Anywhere in Poland)

Employment Type: B2B Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, code, test, and debug new complex software solutions or enhance existing applications.
• Design and code sophisticated applications using advanced technologies.
• Resolve customer complaints and address suggestions for software improvements and enhancements.
• Assess and recommend the best technical solutions for complex projects.
• Generate new ideas to improve application performance and stability.
• Ensure the quality of code and implementations by following best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with C++ (version 14 or above).
• Proven expertise in functional programming, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and systems architecture.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to trace and respond to unexpected events effectively.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in creating or enhancing microservices.
• Familiarity with cloud systems.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving project goals collaboratively.
