Backend Developer | Hybrid from Krakow

We are looking for a Backend Developer on behalf of our client to join a well-known global tech project used by millions of users worldwide.

• Hybrid from Kraków, Poland - 3 days from the office

📌Recruitment process:

1.Interview with manager from the customer side,

2.Technical interview on the customer side

Responsibilities:

• Experience: 8+ years

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Kotlin. Build and enhance APIs to extend application capabilities and integrations.

• Address and resolve backend-related tech debt issues for code quality improvements.

• Participate in system design reviews and offer recommendations.

• Write tests using Google's infrastructure and tools to ensure backend reliability.

• Diagnose and fix backend bugs with focus on long-term solutions via root cause analysis.

• Requirements: Strong backend development skills in Java and Kotlin. Experience in building and consuming APIs.

• Familiarity with internal frameworks and libraries. Proficient with backend testing and debugging practices.

• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

• Backend and Front-end technologies involves

• CI/CD pipelines

• Will use Google's specific frameworks

• Focus on using newest versions of technologies Project Specifics:

• Direct engagement

• Two new geographically distributed teams (Poland and India)

• Collaborative development model with existing team

• He is primary going work on backend so Java and springboot is essential.
