Automation Tester – Remote (JavaScript / Tricentis Testim / Selenium)

We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester to join our QA engineering team in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for developing robust and scalable test automation frameworks for API and backend testing, using tools like Tricentis Testim and Selenium. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for APIs and backend systems

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand application requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage

• Write custom code and add-ons for test automation using JavaScript or Java

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

• Analyze test results, log defects, and provide improvement suggestions

• Work with tools such as Postman, Pytest, Requests for API testing

• Maintain test data in relational databases such as PostgreSQL

• Keep current with automation trends, tools, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in test automation, with strong focus on API/backend testing

• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (or Java)

• Experience with Selenium, Tricentis Testim, or similar automation tools

• Familiarity with low-code testing platforms (e.g., TestSigma, Katalon, etc.)

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and database testing

• Experience with front-end test frameworks like Cypress or React testing is a plus

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
