AI Solutions Architect (W)

We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead the development of high-performance AI agents, virtual chatbots, and workflow automation solutions. This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Power Automate to drive innovation and efficiency in enterprise AI applications.

Work Model

• Hybrid role based in Kraków, Poland (2-3 days in the office per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered virtual assistants and chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, including API integrations.
• Implement Generative AI solutions and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models using Azure OpenAI or similar LLMs (e.g., GPT-4.0).
• Build and deploy AI/ML workloads with Python and integrate them into PowerApps.
• Ensure best practices in CI/CD, Git, GitLab, and automated testing for AI solutions.
• Optimize AI solutions for scalability, performance, and security in enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies and align them with business goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

✅ 8+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in AI/ML architecture and automation.

✅ Expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Power Automate.

✅ 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on NLP and Generative AI.

✅ Strong programming skills in Python, particularly for data science and AI workloads.

✅ Hands-on experience in building, deploying, and automating AI/NLP models within PowerApps.

✅ Knowledge of LLMs, AI ethics, and model governance in enterprise environments.

✅ Familiarity with cloud-based AI solutions, APIs, and enterprise security best practices.

✅ Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead AI-driven projects.
