AI/ML Engineer

We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI systems that go beyond predictions - systems capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous decision-making.

In this role, you’ll integrate advanced ML models with modern architectures to build intelligent services that scale in production. From LLMs and RAG pipelines to vector databases and NLP, you’ll apply cutting-edge AI to solve complex problems in the financial services domain.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Design & implement AI-powered microservices with scalable, clean Python code (FastAPI, Flask, asyncio)

• Integrate services via REST APIs, Kafka, and event-driven patterns

• Implement secure authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD)

• Deliver ML/AI solutions to production (NLP, document understanding, retrieval systems)

• Work with RAG architectures, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic), embeddings, vector databases (FAISS, Azure AI Search)

• Apply NLP techniques such as NER, classification, summarization, and Q&A

• Evaluate trade-offs to select the right AI/ML techniques for specific challenges

• Develop PoCs quickly, validate results, and iterate fast

• Leverage LangChain, LlamaIndex, and agentic frameworks for reasoning and orchestration

• Debug, profile, and optimize AI systems for performance and reliability

✅ What We Expect

• Strong proficiency in Python and scalable microservice architectures

• Hands-on experience with at least 2 AI/ML production deployments

• Deep understanding of API integration patterns and service communication

• Proven skills in NLP techniques (NER, chunking, summarization, etc.)

• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector search & RAG pipelines

• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to evaluate AI/ML trade-offs

• Experience iterating quickly with PoCs and MVPs

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with OCR libraries (Tesseract, Azure Form Recognizer)

• Background in intelligent document processing (IDP)

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Rate: up to 1.500 PLN
