The role involves integrating advanced ML models with reasoning, planning, and interaction capabilities, while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions with autonomous decision-making capabilities.

• Implement scalable AI microservices and ensure efficient inter-service communication.

• Deliver ML/AI production solutions in areas such as document understanding, NLP, and search/retrieval systems.

• Apply advanced NLP methods (NER, classification, summarization, Q&A).

• Build and optimize RAG architectures using LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.

• Evaluate trade-offs and select the most appropriate ML/AI techniques for problem statements.

• Implement authentication & authorization patterns (OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD).

• Use frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex for agentic AI workflows.

• Support rapid PoC development and iterative testing.

• Debug, profile, and optimize AI applications for scalability and performance.

  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Advanced Python (FastAPI, Flask, asyncio, clean code architecture).

• Strong API integration and event-driven communication (REST, Kafka).

• Experience delivering 2+ ML/AI solutions to production.

• Hands-on with RAG architectures, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic), embeddings, and vector DBs (FAISS, Azure AI Search).

• Strong NLP expertise (NER, summarization, classification, Q&A).

• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar.

• Authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD).

Nice to Have

• Experience with OCR libraries (Tesseract, Azure Form Recognizer).

• Background in large-scale distributed systems.
