Job Title: AI Engineer – RAG / Multimodal (Polish-speaking)

Location: Gdańsk, Poland (Hybrid; 1 day onsite/week possible)

Contract Type: B2B

Languages: Polish & English

Key Responsibilities

• Run and optimize Polish LLM-based RAG pipelines.

• Benchmark system accuracy (TTFT, TTOT) and propose improvements.

• Develop ingestion improvements, chunking logic, metadata, multimodal extraction.

• Integrate audio/video pipelines (Whisper, OCR, table extraction).

• Build benchmarking scripts & validation frameworks.

• Work with DevOps & Data teams on reliable ML deployments.

Requirements

• Strong experience with embedding models and RAG retrieval.

• Experience benchmarking GenAI / LLM systems.

• Multimodal extraction (OCR, speech-to-text, image/table extraction).

• Polish-speaking (required).

• Experience working with Polish-language models.
