AI Engineer - Hybrid Krakow (IN/US-P)

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team in Krakow. The role focuses on designing and implementing intelligent systems using Agentic AI, enabling autonomous decision-making and task execution. The successful candidate will work on advanced projects in Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI, delivering solutions for summarization, chatbot development, classification, and intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI systems with reasoning, planning, and interaction capabilities.

• Develop and integrate Agentic AI use cases using LangGraph, LangChain, Autogen, and Vertex AI.

• Build and optimize Generative AI solutions for summarization, chatbots, and classification tasks.

• Apply Prompt Engineering best practices across multiple client projects.

• Work with Vector Databases and RAG architectures to build scalable AI pipelines.

• Contribute to projects involving Computer Vision and Document Processing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid working model.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong programming skills in Python.

• Proven experience in LLMs (Large Language Models) and Prompt Engineering.

• Experience delivering projects in Generative AI (summarization, chatbots, classification).

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI (LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, Vertex AI).

• Knowledge of Vector Databases and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).

• Exposure to Computer Vision and Document Processing solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile environments.
