AI Developer

We are currently looking for a highly skilled AI Developer / Machine Learning Engineer to join an innovative project within the tech industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to impactful, real-world solutions in the domain of content intelligence and autonomous systems.

📍 Location: Kraków, Poland (3-4 days onsite per month)

💰 Rate: 1.300–1.400 PLN/day (B2B)

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI solutions for content search and extraction using Generative AI.

• Build pipelines for processing structured and unstructured data (PDFs, scanned images, text files).

• Apply advanced computer vision techniques like object detection and image classification.

• Integrate and customize open-source OCR tools (e.g., Tesseract, EasyOCR).

• Develop autonomous AI agents for decision-making and task execution.

• Implement ML models using libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

• Collaborate with MLOps teams to ensure scalable model deployment (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, CI/CD).

• Optional: Support in developing web-based AI applications using modern web technologies.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into AI-powered solutions.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.

• Strong expertise in Generative AI applications, particularly for content extraction.

• Solid background in computer vision, including object detection and image analysis.

• Proficiency in working with both structured and unstructured data.

• Experience with AI agents and autonomous systems.

• Knowledge of open-source OCR tools and document understanding techniques.
