.NET Application Developer and Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced .NET Application Developer and Support Engineer to join our multinational clients team team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-stack development and providing L1, L2, and L3 support for enterprise applications. You will work closely with business users, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive system enhancements to improve application performance and user experience.

.NET Application Developer and Support Engineer

Location: Poland (Gdańsk) – Hybrid Preferred

Languages: Polish & English

Contract Type: B2B

This position is hybrid preferred, with flexibility to work remotely as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support: Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for incidents, service requests, and enhancements.

Technical Issue Resolution: Perform root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.

User Communication: Interact with business users in Polish and English to understand issues, manage expectations, and ensure smooth resolution.

Application Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C#, ASP.NET, SQL, JS, TS (AngularJS), HTML, CSS, Linq, Entity Framework.

Continuous Improvement: Identify operational enhancements and suggest improvements to streamline support processes.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams and third-party suppliers to triage and manage support tickets, ensuring seamless software upgrades and integrations.

CI/CD & Automation: Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools from a support perspective.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Assist with test data creation and execute test cases as required.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in .NET full-stack development and application support.

Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript (AngularJS), HTML, CSS, Linq, Entity Framework.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly understand business applications.

Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.

Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.

Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
