Workday Configuration Analyst

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Workday Configuration Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Provide production support to HR COEs and other business owners in the firm related to Workday and other HR applications
• Understand the importance of continuous improvement and innovation initiatives and collaborate with HR COEs and suggest areas for improvement
• Partner with business clients to gather and document business requirement
• Partner with HRBT colleagues in design, testing and support of Workday Configuration
• Configure changes in Workday based on business requirements and perform testing activities; document test scenarios, create test scripts
• Maintain Workday Core Configuration/ table maintenance (i.e., Locations, company/pay groups, membership rules, custom organizations, cost centers, etc.)
• Configure Workday for enhancements, address defects, and new functionality (i.e., Time Off Rule, Time Off Plans, Business Process Config/Policy, Alerts etc.)
• Perform mass data loads in Workday (EIBs), and provide support for cyclical events, as directed

Requirements:

• 3+ years relevant experience with HRIS systems as Workday, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel – must be comfortable with v-lookups and pivot tables
• Experience with requirements documentation
• Strong analytical, organizational, detailed oriented, and problem-solving skills
• Agile learner: desire to learn new skills, self-sufficient in seeking out colleague support
