UX Designer with GenAI

UX Designer with GenAI

• 99% remote (Occasionally work from the office in Warsaw)
• 2-stage recruitment process

Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric experiences for AI-driven applications, including LLM-based chatbots, AI agents, and RAG solutions
• Create intuitive interfaces that enhance user engagement
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine AI-driven workflows and optimize user journeys
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively
• Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and product teams 
• Analyze user behavior and feedback, leveraging data-driven insights to refine and improve AI interactions
• Advocate for UX consistency across all products and services within the organization

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience as a UX Designer in large, international organizations
• Strong knowledge of UX best practices, usability principles, and human-computer interaction
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping techniques
• Understanding of front-end technologies to effectively collaborate with developer
• Fluent English (C1) with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, adapting designs to fast-paced development cycles
• Understanding of GenAI, including LLM, chatbots, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
