Service Manager

Location: Remote (100%)

Responsibilities:

• Own the AdTech solution roadmap and backlog, prioritizing business and technical requirements

• Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders regarding AdTech solutions

• Collect, document and prioritise business and operational requirements for AdTech platforms

• Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, align priorities, and communicate progress

• Oversee vendor and partner relationships, including contract negotiations, budgets, and licensing

• Coordinate incident and problem management within the AdTech domain, including root cause analysis and technical recovery

• Ensure all AdTech solutions comply with GDPR and internal data protection policies

• Report on service performance, risks, and opportunities to business and IT leadership

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in marketing, particularly in digital advertising, and a deep understanding of AdTech platforms (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Emplifi, Smartly)

• Experience with data privacy, web analytics, and consent management

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

• Proven ability to drive service improvements and manage complex technical environments

• Knowledge of English at B2/C1 level
