Senior Software Engineer – DevEx

Senior Software Engineer – DevEx

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining developer tools, platforms, libraries, and self service solutions for engineering teams (including .NET and Blazor)

• Ownership of engineering metrics related to productivity, engagement, and satisfaction — designing surveys, conducting interviews, analyzing results, and defining improvement actions

• Developing and conducting training programs for new and existing technical team members

• Supporting and coaching platform SMEs (subject matter experts within teams)

• Leading the ideation process — collecting ideas, managing the voting system, and prioritizing Engineering initiatives

• Co ownership of shared libraries, templates, and patterns while balancing centralization with team autonomy

• Developing and maintaining build pipelines and managing project configuration

• Creating, documenting, and supporting self service capabilities to reduce dependencies within the SDLC

• Collaborating with Engineering Leadership to implement improvements and support the overall DevEx vision.ar

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of .NET (Web) and C#

• Experience with AngularJS

• DevOps experience, including building pipelines, implementing CI/CD, and managing configuration

• Experience working with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI / GitLab Runne

• Demonstrate strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database creation, optimization, and performance analysis

• Experience working with AWS

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer

• 2+ years of experience working with developer tools, frameworks, or internal platforms

• Experience building reusable libraries, templates, and design patterns

• Knowledge of SDLC processes and process improvement practices

• Hands-on experience implementing and analyzing engineering metrics (productivity, engagement, satisfaction) using surveys, interviews, and other feedback mechanisms

• Experience creating and maintaining build pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and managing configuration

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and engineering teams

• Experience preparing and delivering technical training and engineering onboarding programs

• English proficiency at B2+ level (frequent collaboration with US-based teams)
