Senior ServiceNow SAM Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Data Deduplication & Cleaning: identify and clean duplicate software asset records in ServiceNow SAM Pro (publishers, products, vendors, software models)

• Contract & Catalogue Maintenance: create and maintain contract records; create catalogue items

• Entitlement Onboarding: upload and validate software entitlements in ServiceNow SAM Pro, ensuring correct mapping to software models, publishers, and contracts

• Normalization: standardize software titles and publisher names

• Cybersecurity Review: identify freeware titles in ServiceNow not yet reviewed by Cybersecurity; flag for assessment and follow-up

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro

• Knowledge of the SAM lifecycle, entitlement management, and software model normalization

• Experience with ServiceNow catalog configuration

• Understanding of software governance and risk management processes

• Strong data quality mindset, Excel/data cleaning skills

• Familiarity with cybersecurity processes related to software assets

• Knowledge of English at B2 level (minimum)
