Senior Project Analyst – Market Data Operations for Funds

Responsibilities:

• Lead system developments and new business onboarding projects across Operations
• Prepare and analyze proposed system changes, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technology deliverables
• Develop project plans, assess resource requirements, and establish timelines to ensure successful execution
• Create comprehensive business requirement documentation
• Conduct testing of new system functionalities in UAT environments
• Develop and coordinate regression test plans to ensure version testing readiness
• Report, track, and resolve software and non-software defects within the central defect management database

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services, ideally within Project Management
• In-depth knowledge of financial instruments (equities, bonds, derivatives) and security vendors
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills with a deep understanding of Financial Operations
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations
• Ability to lead projects independently without a dedicated project manager
• SQL knowledge is a plus; experience with JIRA is highly valued
