Senior IT Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies (in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions)

• Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements by co operating with different stakeholders e.g. architects, developers, testers, business, legal

• Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team

• Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development

• Being responsible for requirements documentation (inc. use cases) and quality improvement

• Supporting testers and developers in the team and hub

• Verify developed solutions by conducting test results

• Provide insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of implemented solutions

Requirements:

• Technically savvy, good understanding of IT work (eg. work in/with operations is a bonus)

• Ability and willingness to work in supporting role for platform users (onboardings, troubleshooting etc.) (eg. experience in support function or training others is a bonus)

• Strong in analysis, deduction and conceptualization

• Ability to drive and coordinate the work with others

• Ability to work with processes and product development

• Good skills in written communication and creating documentation

• Experience on both working with the requirements and testing

• Ability to write test scripts in Robot Framework

• Knowledge about API Platform

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector

• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP API

• Knowledge of PSD2, PSD3/PSR
