Senior DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer

Hybrid work model - 3x a week - Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw, Łódź

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (JobDSL, Groovy)

• Design and implement infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell and Python

• Build and maintain utilities supporting CI/CD pipelines, developers, and QA engineers

• Support development of container-based solutions (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Act as a technical contact point for DevOps-related topics with external teams

• Support and develop applications enabling AI adoption in the Data domain

• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and runtime issues in Kubernetes environments

• Monitor and improve deployment processes and system stability

• Provide knowledge sharing and DevOps best practices through trainings, demos, and presentations

• Support developers and testers in automation and delivery processes

Requirements:

• Strong experience as DevOps Engineer, with focus on CI/CD pipelines

• Hands‑on experience with: Jenkins (or other automation tools), Terraform and Ansible

• Strong knowledge of Linux environments and scripting

• Experience working with: Git (Bitbucket or similar) and Kubernetes (basic container orchestration)

• Basic programming skills in: Python and Groovy

• Experience supporting development teams building data solutions

• Experience working in Agile environments with international teams

• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience with: Kafka, Apache Airflow, AWS, Hadoop, Apache Spark, SonarQube, PostgreSQL and Tekton
