Senior Data Engineer Python/Django

Senior Data Engineer Python/Django

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance reports displaying risk metrics for investors and performance metrics for investment portfolios in the insurance industry

• Ensure compliance with data architecture standards across all reporting

• Support a high-profile dashboard used by senior leadership for investment oversight, including complex charting and data visualization

• Contribute to backend development using Python and Django

• (Optional) Participate in the ongoing migration of the dashboard from Dash to React

Requirements:

• ASAP Availability (start from 01.08.2025)

• Commercial experience with Python and Django (backend)

• Strong SQL skills

• Experience working with Snowflake

Nice to have:

• Experience with TypeScript and React

• Familiarity with Dash

• Experience using Flyway with Snowflake

• Knowledge of RDS SQL Database

• Experience with AWS CDK
