The post holder needs to apply advanced knowledge in business analysis, covering a range of technical areas, to elicit/capture/document project requirements, the analysis and resolution of complex problems and issues to support the delivery of the CRM programme of work
Work with internal customers/stakeholders to document and develop a shared understanding of existing business processes, functions and systems, in order to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies and co-ordinate/facilitate the development of a road map to delivering change
Deploy a range of approaches (e.g. requirements mapping, process analysis, user testing, cost/impact modelling, benefits mapping, etc.) to support initiative design, development, testing and delivery
Distil complex concepts and analysis into cogent and persuasive business case presentations, which convincingly influence decision-makers
This individual must build good relationships with stakeholders across the business and be able to reconcile the needs of a wide variety of teams with different priorities and ways of working
Build an in-depth understanding of the particular operational context, opportunities and challenges facing internal customers in the Strategic Business Units (SBU) /Functions/Regions
Provide a bridge between the end-user and the CRM programme of work to ensure a common understanding of requirements, options and the implications of the selected options
Plan and prioritise own work activities to ensure effective delivery of diverse responsibilities and deliverables over a quarterly to annual time horizon
Determine work plans and coordinates input from others (e.g. technical experts from Corporate Functions/ SBUs) to meet specific objectives
Work with project managers, trainers, Business analyst team and business stakeholders to ensure that the CRM porgrammedelivers: (a) real substantive change, with particular attention to cultural change, and ensuring guidance and training takes into account new ways of working, including the implementation of new business processes, and (b) effective adoption of any additional features
Requirements:
2+ years experience in a business analysis role, with extensive experience of Salesforce Service Cloud/Sales Cloud
Professional qualifications in business analysis
Worked with Agile / Waterfall methodologies
Prior experience of working with customer-facing / CRM systems in general
Demonstrable experience of leading the delivery of business analysis tasks/projects across a major part of an organisation and across a significant geographical area
BCS Business Analysis Foundation / Diploma certification
AgileBA Foundation & Practitioner
PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
Degree level qualification or equivalent professional experience
Relevant Salesforce certifications - nice to have
