SAP Integration Specialist (BTP/CPI)

SAP Integration Specialist (BTP/CPI)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suitecomponents and SAP PI/PO modules

• Monitor and maintain interfaces to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot errors, andre-run processes as needed

• Develop and enhance interfaces on SAP BTP, ensuring alignment with businessrequirements and proper documentation

• Manage access and user permissions for SAP BTP and related interfaces, ensuringsecure and efficient user management

• Develop and maintain SAP Fiori applications, enhancing user experience and ensuringseamless integration with backend systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation ofenhancements

• Maintain comprehensive interface and release documentation to support operationalefficiency and knowledge transfer

• Apply Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban to manage project tasks, ensuringtimely and efficient delivery of solutions

• Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support to address and resolve tickets related to customerspecific solutions.

• Conduct Detailed Problem Analysis to diagnose issues thoroughly to understand rootcauses and configure SAP systems to develop effective solutions

• Collaborate with 1st-Level support and other IT teams to ensure timely resolution ofissues

• Foster strong relationships with clients by addressing support topics promptly andeffectively

• Regularly analyze and report on ticket trends in the designated area to identify recurringissues and potential improvements

• Lead and execute minor projects and system changes tailored to meet specific customerneeds and requirements

• Maintain comprehensive documentation

Requirements:

• Very good understanding of SAP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, Integration Advisor, Open Connectors, Enterprise Messaging, Data Intelligence, API Management, SAP Graph, Master Data Integration and API Business Hub

• Experience with SAP PI/PO modules

• SAP BTP platform knowledge and architecture understanding like transport protocols, authentication options, message protocols, integration processes, message transformation, handling, lookups and control flow

• Understanding of error handling and reprocessing messages or size and quantity

• Familiarity with Event Mesh, API Business Hub, and standards like One Domain Model

• Proficiency in technologies such as OData, REST, SOAP, IDoc, RFC, FTP/SFTP, JDBC, JMS, Kafka, AMQP, MQTT, CSV, XML, JSON, YAML, Java, XSL, Groovy/JS

• Knowledge of platform services including Audit Log, HANA Cloud, Notifications, Cloud Foundry, CI/CD, SAP Business Application Studio, Transport Management, Connectivity, SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud extensibility model (Custom Business Objects, Custom CDS Views and so on), SAP Fiori design guidelines, SAP UI5 Framework, ABAP/ABAP OO

• Understanding Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Certification in relevant areas such as C_CPI_15

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
