SAP FICO Specialist

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: SAP FICO Specialist (FI/CO/PS/AP)

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in SAP S/4HANA related to SAP FI, CO, TRM modules and customer-specific solutions
2. Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support to address and resolve tickets related to SAP FICO modules and customer-specific solutions
3. Conduct Detailed Problem Analysis to diagnose issues thoroughly to understand root causes and configure SAP systems to develop effective solutions
4. Collaborate with 1st-Level support and other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
5. Foster strong relationships with clients by addressing support topics promptly and effectively
6. Regularly analyze and report on ticket trends in the designated area to identify recurring issues and potential improvements
7. Lead and execute minor projects and system changes tailored to meet specific customer needs and requirements
8. Maintain comprehensive documentation of support issues, solutions, and project changes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
2. In-depth understanding of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules within SAP
3. Expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules with strong capabilities in managing processes related to SAP F2R-FI (Accounting) andSAP F2R-CO (Controlling)
4. Ability to configure General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting
5. Proven experience in the SAP AP F2R-PS2F process (Project Start to Finish), including project structuring, budgeting, and financial planning within SAP
6. Proficiency in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
7. Very good understanding of SAP S/4HANA On-Premise (2020)
8. General knowledge of the integration processes of 3rd party systems with the SAP FI module
9. Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions for complex problems
10. Ability to maintain and enhance customer relationships through effective communication and support
11. Familiarity with ticket management systems to track and manage support requests efficiently
12. Understanding of project management principles to successfully manage smallscale projects and changes
13. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing
14. Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP developments and adapt to new tools and technologies
15. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
16. Understanding of ITIL principles and the overall managed service process
17. Very good command of English, both spoken and written
18. SAP certifications in relevant modules
19. Knowledge of Financial Statements and Group Reporting functionalities
