Responsibilities:
Managing a Team of around 10 people, plan and coordinate the work in 2 subclusters
First point of contact (SPOC) for the end customer and SDMs regarding all cluster topics
Participation in project meetings (internal and with the customer)
Providing support for complex queries and critical requests
First instance in the event of escalations
Ensuring ticket quality and meeting the SLAs
Responsibility for knowledge management
Participation in complex problem and error analyses
Ensuring complete and up-to-date documentation
Requirements:
FICO knowledge
Experience of SAP FICO module Implementations or support/maintenance
Team/service management expierence
Fluent German enabling communication and cooperation with the Client (including work with project documentation)
End to end business process know-how
Ability of analytical thinking, ability of knowledge extending and cooperating with the team
High degree of initiative and flexibility
Nice to have:
SAP S4HANA certification
Understanding of debugging
Practical know-how of technical transactions (example SM37, SM12, SM13, SXMB_MONI, ST22)
ITIL knowledge (proficiency in IT service management, working with ITIL process managers)
