QA Engineer with GenAI

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of AI-driven applications, including LLMs, Chatbots, Agents, and RAG-based solutions
• Design, execute, and automate test cases for backend and frontend components using technologies such as Python, Java, Node.js, and Angular
• Perform functional, integration, performance, and security testing on AI/ML systems
• Collaborate with development teams to define best testing practices and ensure continuous quality improvement
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with engineers to resolve issues efficiently
• Document test cases, test results, and quality reports for stakeholders
• Working in an Agile environment, contributing to sprints, planning, and technical discussions

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in large multinational organizations
• Strong experience with GenAI technologies, including LLMs, Chatbots, Agents, and RAG-based applications
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools for Python, Java, and Node.js (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, PyTest)
• Hands-on experience testing web applications built with Angular
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and automation tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, TestRail, JIRA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
