QA Engineer (ETL)

Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end testing of Data Warehouse solutions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Develop and execute SQL queries for testing large datasets, transformations, and integrations
• Validate Snowflake-specific features
• Quickly understand and integrate into existing data warehouse architecture and testing workflows
• Implement automated data validation processes in Snowflake to enhance testing efficiency
• Identify, document, and track data inconsistencies, defects, and performance issues
• Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and analysts to ensure data quality
• Follow best practices for ETL and data warehouse testing within an agile environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data warehouse testing, with a focus on Snowflake and AWS
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, testing, and validating large datasets
• Familiarity with Snowflake-specific features such as Time Travel, zero-copy cloning, and scaling performance
• Quickly understand and integrate into the existing data warehouse architecture and workflows
• Create and support for automating data validation processes in Snowflake
• Knowledge of English at B2 level (minimum)
