Process Automation Lead (Employee Central)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Process Automation Lead (Employee Central).

Responsibilities:

• Drive the transformation of HR processes towards end-to-end digitalization with leading people experience in Employee Central

• Lead the functional implementation team in HR HQ

• Identify automation opportunities: Analyze HR processes to find repetitive, manual tasks to automate

• Design workflows & rules: business rules, approval chains, and automated notifications in EC

• Concept integrations: Automate data flows between EC and payroll, time, benefits, or finance systems

• Test & validate: Run scenarios to ensure automations work correctly across different use cases

• Monitor & support: Set up dashboards, resolve automation issues, and train HR admins for ongoing use

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading Employee Central implementations for large-scale organizations, ideally in international, multi-country environments

• Strong background in designing global templates for data and business processes

• Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Fluent in English

• Demonstrated ability in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication

• Experience in vendor management, including coordination with external partners and service providers
