PMO Analyst

PMO Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials for senior governance forums, ensuring timely inputs and reviews
• Maintain consistent delivery standards through project and program quality assurance reviews
• Develop and manage status reports, dashboards, and key metrics for transparency across initiatives
• Support the Business Project Office Lead with ad-hoc tasks and communication/training efforts
• Establish and manage robust tracking processes for deliverables
• Assist in capacity and budget planning while refining project intake processes
• Review and enhance processes to boost efficiency and contribute to a best-in-class delivery model
• Lead and manage specific workstreams end-to-end for successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of a professional experience
• Proven PMO expertise with demonstrable value-add contributions
• Experience managing multiple initiatives in parallel
• Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile)
• Financial services experience is essential
• Exceptional time management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines independently
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for presenting complex ideas simply and clearly
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Project, SharePoint, and Teams
• Expertise in creating detailed reports for senior management
• Strong interpersonal skills to build effective cross-functional relationships
• A client-focused mindset to assess and improve processes
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
