L1 / Application Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
Deliver Level 1 production support for the assigned portfolio of applications
Manage and process production incident (INC) tickets related to supported applications, ensuring timely resolution
Maintain and monitor the production INC queue, prioritizing efficient ticket handling and resolution
Provide technical and business support for users and application managers of the bank's applications
Coordinate application production releases, testing, and deployment activities
Oversee Continuity of Business (COB) testing and production applications and infrastructure maintenance
Conduct post-release checkouts after application releases or infrastructure updates
Develop and maintain technical support documentation to ensure clarity and efficiency
Analyze applications to identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues
Support other duties and tasks as assigned in a concise and logical manner
Requirements:
Approximately 2 years in application production support or software development
Familiarity with technology platforms and infrastructure, including Windows/Linux, WebLogic, WebSphere, SQL, Oracle, MQ, and NDM
Understanding of development processes and methodologies
Basic knowledge of security principles and practices
Experience as a project team member in Waterfall or Agile methodologies
Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize workloads
Very good command of English (oral and written)
