IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with stakeholders to gather and share business or development requirements
• Provide actionable suggestions and solutions to the development team to meet business objectives
• Take ownership of requirement delivery and ensure client satisfaction
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage them via JIRA
• Maintain Confluence pages by uploading relevant content and sharing useful updates
• Prepare presentations for clients, management meetings, and ad hoc projects
• Manage Sprints and Scrum calls to foster a high-performance team environment
• Monitor infrastructure and software upgrades to mitigate non-compliance and outage risks
• Create and deliver ad hoc, daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production checkouts as required
• Draft and maintain scope documents and necessary project milestone documents
• Track and manage the book-of-work throughout the year
• Assist in resolving production tickets and provide effective solutions
• Mentor new team members and share knowledge through training sessions
• Support the resolution of project-related issues and challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for a Master’s in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in the IT industry
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL Oracle Developer, and Postman
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Very good command of English (oral and written)

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
