DevOps Engineer / Application Support Engineer

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: DevOps Engineer / Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with developers as part of the second line of support for applications
• Support PL/SQL applications and leverage database concepts to resolve issues effectively
• Handling and resolving incidents following Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Follow and update procedures and documentation according to the Client's templates
• Updating monitoring systems as Grafana, Splunk and verification of events in IT systems based on alerts
• Focus on optimization and automation of processes within the environment
• Analyze and resolve complex queries using aggregate and analytical functions

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as IT Operations (in relevant area)
• Experience working as a Application Support/ DevOps in Windows environment
• Experience in working with Docker based application
• Knowledge of Splunk, Grafana and Automic UC4
• Good analytical skills, troubleshooting and debugging
• Familiar with Windows server systems
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Great communication skills
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Confluence)
• Experience and supporting PL/SQL applications and database concepts
