Data Engineer with GenAI

Data Engineer with GenAI

100 % remote

Responsibilities:

• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines to support AI/ML applications, including LLM, chatbots, AI agents, and RAG
• Developing and optimizing ETL processes for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage
• Ensuring data availability, quality, and integrity
• Implementing and maintaining data architectures to support AI-driven applications
• Collaborating with AI/ML engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to define data requirements
• Monitoring and optimizing data processing performance to ensure efficiency and reliability
• Working in an Agile environment, contributing to sprints, planning, and technical discussions

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in data engineering, preferably in large, international organizations
• Strong expertise in designing, developing, and managing data pipelines for AI/ML applications
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure, or GCP) 
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience working with APIs, data streaming technologies (Kafka, NATS), and real-time processing
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML engineers and data scientists
• Fluent English (C1) and ability to work in a global, multicultural environment

Nice to have:

·      Experience with one additional programming language (e.g., Scala, Java, or Node.js)
