Responsibilities:

• Provide BAU (Business as Usual) support for secret and password management applications.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address business and technology needs.
• Assist client applications with integration and onboarding for identity and access management solutions.
• Conduct security assessments and support remediation efforts to ensure compliance and safety.
• Document products and processes while assisting L1/L2 teams with customer-reported issues.
• Perform BAU validations and work with support teams to automate manual tasks.
• Assess risks and operational impacts, escalating to technology management when necessary.
• Participate in rotational weekend on-call support.
• Gather requirements and provide walkthroughs on using various SDKs and API services for integration with secrets and identity management applications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with any IAM/PAM tools.
• Basic proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Unix Shell, Perl, or PowerShell.
• Understanding of virtualization concepts (e.g., VMware).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (C++, C#, or Java).
• Familiarity with API protocols (REST & SOAP).
• Experience with container technologies (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Basic knowledge of Data Definition Language (DDL).
• Very good command of English (oral and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Cybersecurity certifications or training will be a plus.
