Cybersecurity Engineer – PAM

PAM Developer

Responsibilities:

• Full lifecycle onboarding of applications and platforms to the CyberArk solution
• Development of custom connection components and password managers to support diverse use cases
• Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with security best practices and organizational needs
• Documentation of processes, configurations, and technical solutions with clarity and precision
• Support and maintain PAM solutions in alignment with the organization's security framework

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience with CyberArk or similar PAM solutions
• Expertise in developing custom connection components within PAM environments
• Strong knowledge of identity security best practices, including SoD, Least Privilege, and Zero Trust principles
• Familiarity with cybersecurity controls and frameworks such as CIS, COBIT, NIST, and ISO 2700x
• Experience working within DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum setups
• Comprehensive understanding of IT processes and the system development life cycle
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional collaboration and negotiation skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders
• Strong technical analytical abilities and structured documentation skills
