Client Account Operations Analyst
Hybrid model of work from Warsaw (3x from the office, 2x wfh per week)

Responsibilities:
Process client requests related to system setup, including updates of signatories and documentation lodgement
Perform system maintenance activities in cooperation with internal partners based on documentation related to account opening and maintenance processes
Respond to internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Apply relevant banking regulations and internal procedures while processing requests
Ensure all client instructions are processed with the highest level of accuracy and within defined deadlines
Monitor and follow updates to internal procedures, policies, and external regulatory requirements
Handle queries efficiently and ensure timely resolution
Escalate urgent or risk-related issues through appropriate escalation channels
Collaborate with and support other teams when required, including the possibility of assisting other processes or teams
Participate in operational trainings, internal projects, conference calls, and system testing activities when required
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through strong product, process, and client knowledge
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support their implementation
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and controls to minimize operational risk and potential losses
Support managers in quality assurance activities and ensure adherence to departmental standards
Perform day-to-day operational tasks and any additional duties assigned by the supervisor related to the function
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in client onboarding or roles involving system configuration and data management
Understanding of banking products and processes related to opening and maintaining bank accounts
Experience in client or stakeholder communication (internal or external)
Basic knowledge of banking and financial services operations
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong team spirit, flexibility, and reliability
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
