👔 Position: Business Analyst – Market Data Operations for Funds

Responsibilities:

• Conduct process analysis and design tailored solutions to meet client and operational requirements
• Develop comprehensive business requirements, create testing plans, and oversee/execution of testing processes
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product teams, Technology partners, and clients to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementations and projects
• Challenge existing processes, drive innovation, and propose effective solutions
• Perform root cause analysis to address recurring operational challenges

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Project Analyst/Business Analyst in Change, Operations, or Corporate Actions
• Experience working with asset management clients on various investment fund vehicles (e.g., OEICS, Segregated) or Securities Services operations
• Solid understanding of financial markets
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to take on project management responsibilities when required
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
