    At DataWalk we create Advanced Analytics platform to link, browse and analyse large amounts of data. Our main use-cases are AML, Law Enforcement, Intelligence and Fraud Detection.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Design and implement custom plugins, add-ons and integration scripts with regard on high performance and capability to handle large amounts of data
    • Follow the development practices when it comes to versioning, branching, code reviews, maintaining the apps
    • Facilitate root cause analysis related to add-ons issues,
    • Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; adjust solution to outstanding problems or issues
    • Compile comprehensive and accurate documentation 
    • Communicate effectively and professionally 
    • Multi-task and change from one task to another without loss of attitude
     
     
    You'll fit in if you: 

    • Have 4+ years python development experience in an Agile organization, with iterations, continuous integration and a drive for speed of delivery
    • Are a self-starter and able to work well with others in a fast-paced agile environment with an emphasis on collaborating and assisting the team to meet business objectives
    • Are proficient in Python3 (knowing batch operations and task parallelization is a plus)
    • Have experience in creating/using REST API
    • Have experience with integration with various data sources (REST API, SOAP, Message Queues, etc.)
    • Have some experience with AWS, Docker
    • Are familiar with following: pandas, requests, unittest, flask...
    • Can communicate in English

    Would be a plus if knows basics of Java, XML, SQL, linux and had any practical experience with Machine Learning
