We’re datarabbit.ai – we specialize in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI and data-
driven solutions for real-world problems, especially for the domain of healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical technology organizations.
So if you’re looking for an interesting job in which you will grow, as well as work on really impactful projects (helping diagnose cancers, automating workflows to save hours daily of doctors' time – those are things we did), you’ve found the right place.
We don’t need 20+ years of experience nor ninja-level skills (at the beginning). If you're motivated and willing to work hard, you'll gain them along the journey with the company. The position is up to 100% remote, has flexible hours, opportunities to grow and learn in ways best adjusted to you, and really interesting and impactful.
What will you do?
Work on end-to-end data-driven projects, during which you will:
- help on architecting the solutions to solve actual problems;
- conduct research and development of AI algorithms;
- dealing with data analysis and driving insights from it;
- integrating built solutions into applications and systems to allow them to deliver value;
- ensuring that the solution works correctly throughout the whole MLOps lifecycle;
- sharing your knowledge and findings (and some memes on the occasion) with others;
What is required?
- good software engineering skills and practices;
- being a creative problem solver, really interested in the latest technologies;
- good communication skills and being a team player;
- practical experience with data, AI, and machine learning solutions…
- …as well as familiarity with the theoretical concepts behind them.
- you’re regularly using GenAI tooling to make your life easier and have an “AI-first” approach.
What isn’t required, but would be nice to have?
- education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Biomedical engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or any other related field;
- knowledge on domain-specific medical systems, standards, and formats (HL7, DICOM, etc);
- practical use of Pytorch and Deep Learning libraries;
- knowledge of workflow management tools like make or n8n;
- scientific Python stack (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, ...);
- version control software (Git or equivalent);
- hands-on experience with AWS services;
- you’re currently residing in (or willing to relocate to) Poznań, Poland.
Benefits:
- actual influence on the projects and products – you won’t be just a cog in the machine;
- huge opportunity for personal growth – from learning new and diverse skills, attending and speaking at conferences, to publishing research papers;
- fully remote position (full-remote approach is embedded in the company DNA);
- dedicated training budget;
- flexible working hours (you need to handle an appointment, drop a kid to daycare, etc – no problem);
- no fruity Thursdays – but we have tech Fridays when we share knowledge instead;
Join us and together we will (rule the galaxy!) build systems that solve real world problems that truly matter.
