Summary

DataFeedWatch, one of the global leaders in marketing feed optimization software, is looking for a results-driven and people-focused Senior Technology Manager with extensive experience in leading high-performance development teams and optimizing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The candidate must have proven expertise in collaborating with cross-functional leaders, product managers, and agile teams, driving strategic initiatives, promoting continuous improvement, and enhancing product delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Mentorship
• Provide strategic direction, coaching, and career development for team members through regular 1:1 meetings, structured personal development plans, and defined career pathways.
• Champion a collaborative and inclusive culture, ensuring team members are engaged, motivated, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Scrum Masters and Product Managers to cultivate high-performing teams, leveraging agile principles and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Establish robust partnerships with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and department heads to improve departmental workflows and ensure alignment on best practices.
• Actively engage with stakeholders, including PMs and department heads, to translate technical requirements into actionable insights, driving alignment and goal achievement.

Qualifications

• Technical Acumen
• Proficient in SDLC management, with a solid foundation in software development being a big plus.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Agile/Lean principles, with a lean startup mindset that values rapid iteration and responsiveness to feedback
• Experienced in leading and managing teams of 10+ direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Stakeholder and Team Collaboration
• Skilled in stakeholder management and communication, with a track record of effective cross-departmental collaboration.
• Strong background in working with UX/Research/Data Analytics teams, ensuring product development is guided by user needs and data insights.
• Modern Leadership and Self-Awareness
• Practiced in mentoring and empowering self-organizing teams to achieve both individual and collective goals.
• Committed to self-management, actively seeking challenges and opportunities for growth.
