DataFeedWatch, one of the global leaders in marketing feed optimization software, is looking for a results-driven and people-focused Senior Technology Manager with extensive experience in leading high-performance development teams and optimizing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The candidate must have proven expertise in collaborating with cross-functional leaders, product managers, and agile teams, driving strategic initiatives, promoting continuous improvement, and enhancing product delivery. - Team Leadership and Mentorship
- Provide strategic direction, coaching, and career development for team members through regular 1:1 meetings, structured personal development plans, and defined career pathways.
- Champion a collaborative and inclusive culture, ensuring team members are engaged, motivated, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Scrum Masters and Product Managers to cultivate high-performing teams, leveraging agile principles and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Establish robust partnerships with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and department heads to improve departmental workflows and ensure alignment on best practices.
- Actively engage with stakeholders, including PMs and department heads, to translate technical requirements into actionable insights, driving alignment and goal achievement.
