🚀 DevOps Engineer (AWS & Kubernetes)

📌 What You’ll Do (all levels)

1. Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation supporting the Software Engineering team.
2. Collaborate with developers to create reusable pipeline templates and ensure seamless code deployments to AWS and on-premise environments.
3. Implement infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, and production-grade automation.
4. Promote best practices in security, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
5. Work cross-functionally to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

👤 Who We're Looking For

Senior DevOps Engineer (6+ years)

1. Expert in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, EventBridge), Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform/IaC, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Ansible.
2. Strong Linux/Windows admin and scripting skills (Python/Bash).
3. Lead system architecture, on-call rotations, incident investigations, and mentor junior team members.
4. Security-driven: IAM, encryption, secure CI/CD pipelines.

Regular (Mid) DevOps Engineer (3–6 years)

1. Proven skills in AWS services, Kubernetes/EKS, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, scripting (Python/Bash/JS).
2. Solid understanding of security, testing, monitoring, and automated deployments.
3. Agile mindset: collaborative, “build it, own it, support it.”

Junior DevOps Engineer (1–3 years)

1. Familiar with AWS basics (EC2, S3, Lambda), Docker, Kubernetes fundamentals, Git, CI/CD exposure (Jenkins/GitLab CI), and scripting (Python/Bash).
2. Hungry to learn Terraform, IaC, configuration management, security, and cloud best practices.

✅ Must-Have Skills (All Levels)

1. Fluent in English (C1+) & native-level Polish (C2)
2. Excellent communication and team collaboration
3. Experience with AWS and on-premise environments
4. Strong automation mindset—ownership of solutions from build to support
5. Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies, security, and scalable infrastructure

🎯 Nice to Have

1. Certifications: AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA, Terraform Associate
2. Experience in regulated domains (finance/insurance)
3. Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab, webhook pipelines, and IaC best practices
