Customer Engagement Manager - Services

Become a part of DELMIA Apriso Services Team as a Customer Engagement Manager. You will lead and support the development of service proposals, through the utilization of standardized materials, tools, and processes. You will work closely with our Solution Architects and Sales to address customer’s business needs.

Role description & Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact between the Dassault Systemes’ service organisation and the Dassault Systemes’ internal ecosystem in regards to service proposal opportunities.
• Lead the definition and development of services proposals aligned with client’s requirements and Dassault Systemes’ project implementation methodology, including:
• Calculate assumed project implementation effort and timeline based on information provided by a Solution Architect
• Create high level project implementation plan and project phasing/project roadmap
• Define and write Work Package descriptions for in scope deliverables in coordination with a Solution Architect 
• Coordinate all associated activities regarding Dassault Systemes’ internal service proposal approval processes
• Contribute to proposal risk identification
• Support/contribute to the negotiation of service contracts as part of the sales process
• Present and promote Services proposals to Customers' Executives and Customers' Program Managers

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience of project management in software implementation for external customer
• Leadership qualities and excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to act professionally with diverse groups of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Demonstrate the ability to present and sell the value of an MES/MOM solution
• Excellent Proposal writing abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English
• Demonstrate the ability to persuade and negotiation
• Ability to travel (limited to travel for service offer presentations at customer side)
