IT&Data Product Analyst – Order to Delivery (Europe)
We are currently looking for a Product Analyst – Order to Delivery Europe, based in Warsaw, Poland.
Danone IT&Data OPS, R&I and QFS strive to deliver customer centric, business relevant solutions that create tangible business value. We are looking for a candidate with solid functional knowledge about the Order to Invoice process, combined with the ability to gather, structure, design and implement business requirements within IT solutions. The role plays a key part in effective support to the international Product Team in Business priorities shaping into digital Product backlog & roadmap creation and delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Product & Delivery contribution
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to collect, assess, and prioritize business needs within the Order-to-Delivery product backlog
Support the end to end delivery lifecycle, from business demand to solution rollout and adoption
Manage and contribute to Order to Delivery projects (ex. EU e-invoicing program), ensuring the delivery is on time, within scope, and meets high quality standards
Business analysis & requirements
Translate business needs into well defined functional specifications to support development, integration, and testing activities
Actively gather input from business and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency
Stakeholder & change management
Act as the bridge between Customer Service, Finance, IT teams, and external partners
Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and training activities to support change management and encourage adoption of new tools and processes
Ensure alignment on priorities, roadmap, and delivery commitments across stakeholders
Market & innovation awareness
Proactively monitor market trends, IT solutions, and emerging technologies within the Operations domain
Contribute insights to help evolve product capabilities and future roadmap decisions
Act as an ambassador of IT & Data strategy within Business

You will have great success in this role, because:
SAP SD has no secrets for you: at least 5 years of experience, including SPRO customizations, preparation of Functional Design specifications for ABAP development (working with different EDI formats experience is plus)
You are experienced in working in product-oriented environment
You have proven track in IT projects discovery & delivery in cross-function project environment (using Agile and Waterfall methodologies)
You have experience working with Business on new IT solution designs, including technologies research on the market
You have strong understanding of Business Operations processes and data
You are accountable, proactive, able to adapt to change and think out-of-the-box
You have advanced communication and presentation skills to keep clear and transparent picture in minds of Key Stakeholders
You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
