Danfoss is looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer who will help implementing highly scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This process includes continuous delivery, optimization, monitoring, release management and support the end to end release process. As a member of our highly competent team, you work alongside our Platform Owner, Salesforce Developers and Consultants to ensure all updates to the Salesforce platform seamlessly move from development through test and into production for all Salesforce based applications. You will help securing, that we always follow best practices and are ahead of the wave, when it comes to Salesforce development and Configuration.
You will be a part of the international Digital Customer Experience team with more than 100 colleagues from all over the world, where we develop, support and lead the digital customer experience in Danfoss. We connect business needs and IT into digital solutions.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Drive operational excellence by implementing strategies for continuous delivery of Salesforce and any dependent software on the cloud
- Operate, support and improve our tools for continuous integration, automated testing and release management
- Drive increased efficiency across our agile teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse
- Document and advocate adoption of our continuous delivery / continuous integration processes and tools (Copado, Selenium etc.)
- Continue to develop and improve our monitoring and dashboards for the Salesforce platform
- Coordinate with Salesforce support to enable features and resolve sandbox/production issues
Background & Skills
You have 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Architect, Salesforce Developer, SW Developer or similar. Furthermore, you need:
- A willingness to lead and further develop a platform from a technical point of view
- Experience in in Salesforce Cloud Platform (Sales cloud, Service cloud, Marketing cloud, Experience cloud etc.)
- Preferably a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience with IT enterprise architecture, design and implementations
- Experience with Azure (and other) cloud technologies in IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
- Expert Knowledge on CI/CD DevOps practices; and strong knowledge of DevOps Platform tooling
- Knowledge about infrastructure, i.e. cloud services, network, app/API monitoring, security and governance
- Relevant certifications in MS Azure, TOGAF, Salesforce etc.
Additionally:
- Strong analytical skills, but value-driven and pragmatic at the same time
- To navigate easily at many levels of the organization and can explain your vision to software developers, managers and fellow professionals in a convincing way
- To speak and write English effortlessly
