Your Mission:

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive security controls.
• Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, incidents, and threats.
• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps.
• Own and manage our vulnerability program (patching, testing, fixes).
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments.
• Educate the team on security best practices and build security culture.
• Collaborate to ensure compliance (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).

You Are:

• Experienced in achieving SOC2 or ISO 27001 compliance (or confident to lead it).
• Deeply knowledgeable in cloud and application security.
• Hands-on with modern security tools and vulnerability management.
• A strong communicator who enjoys educating others on security.

You'll Own:

• Leading SOC2 and ISO 27001 certification.
• Integrating security tooling into development.
• Shaping our security culture and infrastructure from day one.

Bonus Points For:

• Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty).
• Startup or fintech experience.
• Blockchain or decentralized application security experience.
