We're looking for a Mid/Senior Golang Developer (AI Native) to join our tech team at Kryptonim. 

Due to the characteristics of our solutions, we are looking for a person who is quick to learn, and open to unconventional solutions. We choose tools for tasks, not the other way around! We value someone who is independent, proactive, and enjoys testing new technologies. If you like to create things from scratch and want to shape the product actively, this offer is for you! 🙌

We offer a B2B contract with a competitive salary range of 19k – 26k net PLN, depending on your experience.

You will join a remote team with a possibility to work from a Warsaw office.

Your Responsibilities:

• Core Engineering: Design, develop, and scale robust applications using Go.

• Workflow Evolution: Actively use and refine AI-assisted development to ship high-quality code faster and more effectively.

• System Architecture: Maintain technical excellence and high performance while evolving our architecture to support intelligent features.

• Mentorship & Quality: Participate in code reviews and write comprehensive tests, ensuring that code meets high industry standards.

We’re Looking for Someone With 👀:

• Solid Backend Foundation: At least 4 years of experience in backend development (any language) and at least 2 years of commercial experience with Go.

• The AI Edge: You use AI tools daily and go beyond autocomplete - think autonomous agents, multi-step workflows, tool integrations, and using AI to a bigger extent than just generating boilerplate. You stay current with what's possible and actively push the boundary of how AI fits into your development process.

• Database Knowledge:  Experience with PostgreSQL beyond basic CRUD - schema design, migration management, views, query optimization. Comfortable with an ORM without losing touch with the SQL underneath.

• API Design: Deep understanding of HTTP, REST, and building scalable interfaces.

• Security as a default: You understand the need for timing-safe comparisons, replay prevention, encryption at rest. Security isn't a phase - it's how we write code.

• High technical autonomy: You'll own architectural and implementation decisions, which means you need to independently evaluate trade-offs, compare approaches, and commit to the most viable solution with confidence.

• Ownership mindset: You naturally take care of features and entire services end to end.

• Product Thinking: You don't just build features; you understand the business "why" behind them.

Nice to Have 👌:

• Web3 familiarity: EVM basics, ERC-20 transfers, on-chain event monitoring, wallet-based auth. No Solidity required, but you understand what's happening on-chain and why the backend cares.

• Fintech Knowledge: Experience in banking or fintech products is a big plus.

• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with Docker, K8s, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).

• Automation: Familiarity with CI/CD processes and a drive to automate the mundane.

• Understanding of async processing: Job queues, background workers, retry and dead-letter strategies, event-driven patterns. You know why "fire and forget" doesn't work in production.
