Daftcode is a technology group driven by an analytical approach to business. As a venture builder, it creates, scales and invests in startups in such areas as: Deep Tech, FinTech, InsurTech, Cyber Security and Blockchain, among others. The company offers its startups tech and business support, which facilitates market launch and growth of new companies. Daftcode works with individual startup founders, early-stage projects and existing startups looking for financing rounds or support in commercialization and business scaling.


You will work on projects related to processing fiat and cryptocurrency transactions, focusing on solutions that streamline and revolutionize the way online payments are made.


We offer a B2B contract with a competitive salary range, depending on your experience. Additionally, we provide 26 paid days off per year and 100% paid sick leave.


Your Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the continuity of key systems in the financial sector, with a strong focus on reliability and high availability.
  • Developing and scaling the existing infrastructure to handle increasing traffic and new business requirements.
  • Improving monitoring systems and implementing mechanisms for rapid detection and resolution of potential failures.
  • Participating in additionally compensated on-call duties, as well as co-creating and improving the on-call management process.
  • Collaborating with development teams to design and implement solutions that optimize our architecture.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or similar role.
  • Experience in maintaining and developing critical high-availability systems.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and practical experience working with it.
  • Experience working with public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and solving cloud computing-related issues.
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD solutions and the ability to build and optimize pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as a Code tools.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level, enabling effective communication.


Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of the LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir).
  • Practical experience with Terraform and Ansible in daily work.
  • Experience in configuring and managing ArgoCD.
  • Expertise in GitLab CI/CD and pipeline optimization.
  • Experience with AWS and its popular services (EKS, RDS, networking, etc.).
  • A passion for exploring new technologies and a continuous pursuit of best practices in real-world scenarios.
