Job description

At DAC.digital, we are constantly growing our business. As part of our growth strategy, we are starting a strategic partnership with an operations innovation company that provides solutions to the world’s most complex business problems.


Key information:

Salary:

  • 23 500 – 28 500 PLN net/month- pure B2B contract

Working hours:

  • 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Polish time / CET) + 4 hours of your choice

This is a remote position; with a hybrid model in Warsaw starting from January 2026.

 

It is vital that you have:

  • at least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or demonstrable equivalent practical expertise;

  • strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript – ideally, you are comfortable working with both;

  • hands-on experience with developer tooling, internal libraries, SDKs, or framework development;

  • familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud-native infrastructure (preferably AWS, GCP, or Kubernetes);

  • knowledge of English (min. B2);

  • working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);

  • high communication skills;

  • eager to learn and share knowledge;

  • willing to travel if necessary (conferences, coworking events, etc.).

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

  • building and maintaining internal Python and TypeScript libraries that support core functions like logging, authentication, secrets management, and caching;

  • creating and evolving project scaffolding tools that enforce best practices in security, observability, and CI/CD by default;

  • collaborating with infrastructure and security teams to translate organizational standards into reusable, developer-friendly tooling;

  • engaging with engineers across teams to collect feedback, identify common pain points, and drive continuous platform improvements;

  • writing clear internal documentation and guides to encourage adoption and empower teams to use platform tools effectively
